Test-takers make sure that technical configurations and settings are set for online test as listed below:
Compatible devices:
Desktop or laptop computer with the operating system Windows 7 (or later), or macOS 10.15 (or later).
Computers or laptops should have a working webcam.
It is recommended to use the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome. 3.2.
Other recommended browsers: Opera, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
Android smartphones and tablets:
Android operating system version 8.0 or later. (It is recommended to have the most recent version)
Minimum 50% battery or charger plugged in.
Minimum available storage: 500 MB.
Minimum RAM: 2 GB. (3GB and more recommended)
Working microphone and front Webcam.
Internet Browser: Google Chrome
iPhones and iPads:
Operating system iOS 13.4 or later. (It is recommended to have the most recent version)
Minimum 50% battery or charger plugged in.
Minimum available storage: 500 MB.
Minimum RAM: 2 GB. (3GB and more recommended)
