Testinvite is an end-to-end assessment system that covers all the stages of an assessment process including both the assessment creation and remote assessment administration. As an assessment creator you have multiple options to monetize your work including selling your assessments to end-users as well as selling your assessments to other businesses, institutions or organizations so that they use your assessments and pay you in return.
After your assessment is ready, you can start making money by making your assessments available to end-users. You have two options on collecting the payments.
This is the simplest use case that many of our customers benefit from. You can create a task that requires a unique invitation code to get access. Once you collect a payment from a user, you can allow the user to get access to your task by creating a ticket which includes a unique invitation code. You have the option of importing multiple tickets at once as well. You can send email invitations through the system to your paid users to let them know about how to get access to the assessment.
If your customers are local to you, you can use local payment transfer. Otherwise, if your customers are international, you can use a 3rd party payment provider to collect payments and withdraw your earnings.
In this scenario, because Testinvite does not collect any payment on behalf of yourself, you do not get into a partnership relationship with Testinvite but simply you are a user of Testinvite who buys and uses system credits to deliver your assessments to the end-users. The number of credits you would need per assessment delivery depend on the delivery options you make available. You are the one who is responsible toward your customers.
You have to become a revenue share partner to start benefiting from this option.
Once you become a revenue share partner, you can start setting up your task so that it will require the end user to pay before proceeding with the assessments. You will have your earning balance which you can follow through your account. Each payment made will increase your earning balance, whereas each withdrawal will decrease your balance.
Even in this scenario, you can still choose to have total control over who is allowed to pay and proceed with your assessments. Alternatively, you can have a public task URL which is available for all internet users so that any visitor can pay and proceed with your tests, exams or personality inventories.
You will still be a user of Testinvite assessment software because the tests will be delivered through your account and you will be the one who is responsible for the assessment process. On one hand you will pay Testinvite to buy system credits so that your assessments are delivered, on the other hand you will receive payment from Testinvite in return of the payments collected from your customers. The number of credits you would need per assessment delivery depend on the delivery options you make available.
In this scenario you create your assessments and then other organizations deliver your assessment to their users. Other organizations whether it is a business, company or institution, will need to have their own Testinvite account which you will not have any access to. You simply make your assessments available for other organizations and those use Testinvite to deliver your assessments to their users. So organizations will choose their own delivery options of preference and need to buy system credits from Testinvite if they enable any of the additional delivery options. If they do not enable any of the delivery options, they would not need to buy credits to deliver your assessments.
When your assessment is ready to be sold, you will need to turn it into a product so that you can make it available to other organizations. Once your assessment becomes a product, it will have its own credit balance for each organization in TestInvite. An organization can deliver your assessment only if it has a positive credit balance for your assessment. Everytime your assessment is delivered through another organization, the system will adjust your assessment’s credit balance for this organization. You can follow the balances of your assessments for each organization under your account.
There are two options for organizations to increase their credit balance of your assessments. The first option is that you, as the owner of the assessment, can increase the credit balance of the assessment for any organization. The second option is that organizations can buy credits of your assessment through the marketplace. Let’s examine both the options and the use-cases they cover.
Say there is another company that you already know and you want them to be able to deliver your assessments. In this scenario, you can collect the payment by yourself. Once you receive the payment, you can add your customer organization as a partner under your account and increase their credit balance for your assessment. You can increase the credit balance of your customer for one of your assessments by any amount. Increasing credits will cost you $1 per credit.
You have to become a revenue share partner to start benefiting from this option.
Once you become a revenue share partner, you can start publishing your tests, exams or personality inventories in the assessment marketplace so that other organizations, whether you know or not, can pay and buy credits of your assessments. In order to do so, you have to turn your assessment into a product, set the unit prices, configure the volume discount tiers and then select the option that will start the placement process of your assessment in the marketplace. Our end will get notified and confirm your request if there isn’t any issue that should be addressed before putting your assessment into public.
Once an assessment is published in the marketplace, all organizations become a potential customer of your assessment. They can pay through the marketplace and buy credits of your assessment. After they buy credits, they can start delivering your assessments to their users.
All scenarios that Testinvite collects payments on your behalf require you to become a revenue share partner of TestInvite. When you become a revenue share partner, you can start receiving payments from Testinvite according to the terms of the partnership agreement.
You can start the application process by simply sending an email to our end and telling us about your use case. We do our best to make the application process short and easy. We would need to know whether you are a registered company or not, your preferred method for withdrawing your earnings and the costs associated with money transfer, taxing and so on. Finally we share with you the revenue sharing model which states what percentage of the payments will be reflected in your earning balance.
