What are notifications and how do they work?

Testinvite uses a credit-based system. Each organization has a system credit balance and test credit balances for each test that you buy from the marketplace. You may want to get regular updates about your credit balances not to run out of credits. By configuring notification rules, the system can send you regular credit balance updates.

Notifications about your credit balance

The system sends you regular emails to inform you about your system credit balance. You have two options to configure under what conditions the notification email will be sent:

1. Configure how frequent you would like receive notification emails.
2. Optionally you can configure it so that you receive an email when your balance is below a certain threshold.

Setting up the notification

1. Select a language: The email will be sent in the selected language.
2. Select a condition:
1. Always: The system sends your credit balance every time it does a balance check.
2. If below: The system will send you an email only when your balance is below the defined value.
3. Balance (Optional): You can determine the balance threshold if the 'if-below' condition is selected.
4. Add an e-mail: Enter the email address you want to receive your balance emails then press the +. You can add more than one email.
5. Select checking intervals: Then activate the Check function by clicking the tick box next to it. The system will check your credit balance according to the frequency of your choosing.
6. Then click Save to save your settings.

Notifications about the Tests' credit balances

Press the red button with + to start creating a test credit balance notification.

1. Select a test: The system will only check the credits of the test you selected.
2. Select a language: The email will be sent in the selected language.
3. Select a condition:
1. Always: The system sends your credit balance every time it does a balance check.
2. If below: The system will send you an email only when your balance is below the defined value.
4. Balance (Optional): You can determine the balance threshold if the 'if-below' condition is selected.
5. Add an e-mail: Enter the email address you want to receive your balance emails then press the +. You can add more than one email.
6. Select checking intervals: Then activate the Check function by clicking the tick box next to it. The system will check your credit balance according to the frequency of your choosing.
7. Then click Save to save your settings.
